Is the first Chord a Bb slide to A, or is the chord Bb/A. I listened to the CD and hear a higher tone as if they are sliding but i can't get it to sound right. Can anyone please help? Perfect chords by the way. Do you play the DM barred? I find it hard to play the easy way.

the first chord is Bb/A but only the first strum, then the next strum is a Bb

I've recently revisited these songs and would like to offer some help and ask for some advice.
With these chords the easiest way to play would be to capo on the 3rd fret changing the chords relative to the capo to:
Bb/A = G/F#
Bb = G
F = D
Dm = Bm
C = A
you would just do the slide for the first note in the verse/intro riff from the second to the third fret on the low E while playing the G relative to the capo.
Now one other way to play it that is fairly simple is to capo the 5th fret:
Bb = F
F = C
Dm = Am
C = G
You can still get the hammer on effect by playing the low E open the hammering on the first fret while playing the F chord relative to the capo.
If anyone can help with the lead part that would be great...this tab is close but could use some clarification.
Thanks...enjoy harmonizing...get three guitarists and jam to this cool song.

After playing through the lead, it is pretty correct for the instrumental part...but if anyone wants to tab out the other lead riffs (during the chorus and such) that would rock.
