I think there are only 3 chords used, F#, C#, and B.

The song seems to follows this progression I, V, I, IV-V 2x
Then for "I want to be Your man" it's just I, V, I, IV 1x
back to I, V, I, IV-V 2x and then I, V, I, IV 5x
Bridge: IV, V 3x and back to I, V, I, IV 5x and fade
You could try this with a capo for a more open chord sound
On the 6th fret play C G C F-G
or on the the 4th fret D A D G-A etc
