Actually its an delay effect but you still got everything else right!

I think the whole thing works off of the C chord: x32010
So you'd be alternating b/tw C and Csus (x33010) for the whole song, just like the tab shows.

Another option would be C and F (x33211). Check it out, see which one works for you. Rock on.
