Kevin Bradley? My pal Kevin who helped me tabb K-car solo?? Nice tabbing. I had most of it finished but didn't have it written down so i figured i'd get it off here. I'm hoping to have my Sadie Hawkins dance tab up by the end of the week 99.9% correct.
Great tab, although for the verse/chorus, I think instead of powerchords they play it with a regular D form and just change the bass note, or something like that. Here is what I mean
D D/C# D/B A <-This last A might be a D/A, I'm not sure.
If so, play the D/A like this:
E-----2-------2-------2-------0- --2--
B-----3-------3-------3-------2- --3--
G-----2-------2-------2-------2- --2--
D-0-0-0-------0-------0-------2- --0--
A---------4-4-4---2-2-2---0-0-0- --0--
E------------------------------- -----
Ok guys, the tabs all sound the same, but the easiest and the most accurate inro has got to be this.Listen to song 4 timing
e------------------------------------------------------------------------------
B------------------------------------------------------------------------------
G------------------------------------------------------------------------------
D----------5h7-s7-9-7--------------------------5h7-s7-9-7----------------------
A--5-5-9-5------------5-9-5-9h101099---5-5-9-5------------5-9-5-9109-9109------
E-------------------------------------------------------------------------10---
The Part where it goes like 5h7-s797, In order to slide up to the 7 that it looks like you're already on, you have to quickly lift that finger up and have the finger on the 5 slide up to the 7, I hope this makes sence, and it might not be the easiest to learn, but I can play all the others, and this is the easiest once you get it. And I know that instead of playing the E10, you could play A5, but since your fingers are all up at that part it's just easier to do it that way, plus The actuall tones are a little different on the song so E10 sounds best. sorry for so many words, just trying to help.
Thanks guys, Shane.
I've seen alot of different ways that this has been played and tried all of them, personally there aren't very many good ones, so here is the way i play it.
yeah, this guys a beginner and he knows that it doesnt matter if you play it on the 5th fret on the A string or open on the D...so stop saying no ur tab is wrong and this and that, you can play a solo more than one way. a guitar is symetrical all the way up the strings...thats why theres several ways of play scales too. my gosh, we dont have to keep putting ppl down and saying their tab sucks, to me there all rite, they sound the same!
