Energy
Skillet
CD: Collide
Tuning: D G C F A D
Transcribed by Geoff M.

This transcription is in a different tuning and
includes the solo.

There is another tab for this song already
posted, but that tab is in drop-d tuning. You
have to tune the guitar down a whole step in
order to play the solo.

The whole song is played in distortion except
where noted.

The next part of the bridge is just the intro, but
instead of playing the fifth fret on the first string,
play the fifth fret on the second string. Also, use
wah on the bridge with the pedal down.

Another great song off the Collide CD. If you haven’t
already checked it out, I highly advise that you do so
right away. Anyway, if you have any questions or comments,

if this is only voted a number 2, why aen't there any corrections???????
good job dude

JohnM - 2005-07-05

Hmm... if it's down a whole step it's almost certainly in Drop C (C G C F A D)

Dani_Boy - 2006-04-16

I don't really like the tuning for this tab... I would prefer pure Drop C or actually... Double Drop D! Tune down BOTH E strings to D (D, A, D, G, B, D). Then you can play the solo and the rest of the song is easier to play. That's what I think would be good anyway, though I don't know what tuning Skillet actually uses. Rawk on! (I'm a bit of a TFK nerd lol)

Dani_Boy - 2006-04-22

This song most definitely uses two guitars.
