The basic structure of your transcription is fine but some chords need to be changed to give the song more dynamics. The A chord in the verse and bridge should be F#min7. This chord is made up of F#, A, C#, E. It implies the Amaj chord which is made up of A, C#, E. Also the E is followed by Esus everytime. In the bridge the chords are A2, A2/F#, E, Esus, E, Esus.
