pretty good bra, the only thing the should be one of those open E note chord... like the one in Better is one day but an E chord instead of a B. anyways, im probably confusing you all, but an open E note chord(or wuteva u call it) is basically a chord with the E string open... get it anyways, to make it to the point, instead of playing x24442, you play a x24400 makin it a Bsus...
God bless i probably confused u ppl, michael P

mmggppmgp - 2004-12-16

that is for the chorus though the intro the b sounds like its like a powa chord, and the c#m2 thingy sounds good open e string... makin it a c#m7... oh well i hav to go open the door, sum1 is knockin, God Bless

golden_geetar - 2004-12-29

first off i want to compliment you on how well you did on this tab especially the intro (i tried to figure out the intro my self and i just couldn't get it). its easy to read and as far as i can tell there are only 3 things i heard while playing this with the cd to check it (not that i dont trust your judgement i just dont like gettin things wrong ya know.) my first comment is that all the B's in the song should be Bsus2's(x24422). then in the bridge the A after the first C#m, if you listen really closely, its actually a Bsus2. and then the F#m in the second line of the bridge should be a F#M. thats about it other than that its really really really good. i applaud. well im gonna go work on this with the lyrics. peace.

golden_geetar - 2004-12-29

oh i forgot to say that the F#m sounds good if you add the top 2 string making it 244222 and the F#M i spook of is 244322. peace.

reborn sinner - 2005-01-01

I was playing this song along with the cd, and it sounded that it should be on F#. So, try the notes one full step up.
Good job though, they sound good.
God bless

kbez89 - 2005-01-03

i only just started playing the guitar, so i don't know much... but it sounded good to me!

ryry29 - 2005-03-24

Great job tabbing this song. Listen to golden geetar, he's right. And I think F# and F#M are the same thing, the F#M meaning F sharp major.
With every breath,

i'm new to this stuff so i was just wondering how you play this with a capo.. like when it says capo on second fret and then the tabs is x02442 do you play that normally or up two frets since the capo is on the second fret... and when there is an 0 and a 2 how are those different if you are using the capo sorry if that is confusing but i just need some help

kleanhendrix - 2005-05-03

I understand it's illegal to include the lyrics with the tabs, but I'm pretty sure its safe to put it in commentary...maybe not? If you have the words, it would be much appreciated cause I love this song but I can never seem to remember the words when I play it. If its not legal, just say so I guess. Thanx and the tabs and chords rock.

mmggppmgp - 2005-05-05

oh yah lol that F#m

djcrewscontrol - 2005-05-06

You Should try MXPX, some of their stuff is pretty easy if your not just now beginning to play. Also, you should try pillar, audio adrenaline, Pax 217, or maybe disciple or demon hunter if your into metal. Just look around and your bound to find something. Good luck with that though. God Bless

i was lookin at the song while playing it and realized that the E2 is actually a form of a barred c chord. so if you play it like this below then it sounds a bit cooler in my opinion, but thats just because i have an over developped ear that is a gift from God so...(it can also be a burden)

Hey mmggppmgp, here's a couple lesser known bands that have some awesome songs: Flyleaf, Spoken, Steller Kart, Superchick, Dizmas, and Everydaylife. Some of my other favorites that are well known are Skillet, Relient K, Falling Up, Pillar, and Toby Mac.

technometal - 2005-09-11

And there's nothing wrong with listening to or learning secular songs. Just ask yourself, "Would I be comfortable listening or learning how to play this if Jesus were right here watching me?" If the answer is yes, then don't worry about it.

ice_wiz - 2005-10-19

That's a good job on this I'm not sure though is the B a Bsus?

JustifiedbyHim - 2005-11-25

This is good, but the intro is:

Capo: 2

E, A2, C#m, A2 (just like the verse)

Bridge:

C#m, F#(major), E, Bsus, C#m, F#(major), A2, Bsus

I love this song. At our recent concert our "sister-band"(or "brother-band") "Marton" played it. I helped them out with some of the chords. Music is basically my life. Figuring out songs is all I do (other than school). My Dad can listen to basicall any song and telling you the chords, start playing it on the piano. He is incredible! I can do that too, but not as good as he can.

Faceless - 2006-02-20

Hey Technometal, you seem to be forgetting the fact that he is.
