Lapinsky - 2004-02-09

It would help if the words were posted with the chords.

djlop2006 - 2004-02-24

i concur with lapinsky

nbanyan - 2004-03-02

Here's the cords with the words.

clivingood - 2004-04-29

chords with lyrics, please...otherwise, it just doesn't make sense.

josh-rock - 2004-05-21

yeah there is a reason there are no Lyrics.... because this site could get in big trouble for breaking copy rights. So... thats the way it is

Romansv10c13 - 2004-05-30

i think that the chords should have the lyrics under them. A whole lot easier to read! great chords, though!

Doug Stoeber - 2004-06-25

I'm trying to understand this copyright law that prohibits showing lyrics, yet
if you look at all the secular tab sites they all include tabs with lyrics, so what's different? Tabs without lyrics are just frustrating!

bctabber06 - 2004-06-29

this is not the greatest tab but it will work if ur any good at all then you can tweek it by ear and chords without lyrics r just as easy as ones with lyrics like i sadi if ur anygood it shouldint matter at all.

Guitar Kate - 2004-07-02

Try playing a "C" where the "Am" is. That's the only thing I found really wrong with it. You just have to work with it, and know the song.

drew818 - 2004-07-02

Please include the lyrics with the chords It really helps

irunforfun - 2004-07-11

Hey guys, I think we need to refocus here. I'm sick of people who leave comments that are degrading to your fellow Christian musicians such as "if you are any good at all you will be able to figure it out." So, if you can't figure it out, does that mean that you're stupid and no good and God can't use you? NO!!! Please, let's try and keep our comments positive and helpful not complaining and degrading. God created us for the worship of Him and this site has helped me do that. I hope to be of service when I can by helping out my fellow Christian guitarists. Anyway, if we don't have harmony within the body of Christ we can't expect to be much of a testimony to the rest of the world.

Doug Stoeber - 2004-07-16

I agree with irunforfun, this is supposed to be a forum where Christians help each other to achieve their potential as a musician for God. As for me I am tired with lyrics and copyright excuses that hinder my calling to express my love for God through music. Therefore if your not perfect either and would like lyrics and chord legends with EVERY song, and not get beat up for asking, I have found great free sites, with much better selections than CGR. Try
TabHeaven.com or UltimateGuitar.com God Bless!

rayron86 - 2004-07-21

you could play it with capo 4 (just change the Am7 to a C) like Gonzo said, but for those of you who don't have any capos, the actual chords are B, F#, G#m, and E. so the chorus would be like

B F# G#m F# E
F# E F#
B F# G#m F# E
F# E F# B

it looks intimidating, but it's pretty easy when you use bar chords...

B : 799877 (or 223332)
F# : 244322
G#m: 466444
E : 022100

...just some tips and suggestions...this is how i play it. have fun with this song, it's one of my favorites!!

iwant2playgetar - 2004-08-01

DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW OR IF THERE ARE ANY WEBSITES WITH THE CHORDS AND LYRICS LIKE THIS>

D A G A
WHO AM I

THIS IS THE ONLY WAY I CAN PLAY (YEAH I KNOW IT STINKS)
BUT I CAN NOT READ MUSIC SO CAN ANYONE HELP ME???

IF SO THANK YOU SOOOOOOOOO MUCH!!!!

IN CHRIST,
HE IS MY ROCK MY FORTRESS MY ALL

N112MA - 2004-08-31

It is said, if you give a man to fish you feed him for a day. But if you teach a man to fish, you feed him for his whole life.

It is easy to do something because it is easy, my man, but to have trully accomplished something, you must work at it. Don't say 'I can only play this way', because in reality you can only play the guitar one way, that is with its strings. Instead of yelling at us to do it, why not try yourself to listen to the song - and make notes of when the chords change...

In taking the time to figure it all out, you will most likely learn something new as well. You'll also have a much better sense of accomplishment when you do suceed.

Give it a try, note by note, string by string. Hear the sound of each string. Thats the only way you will get better. -- Best of luck.

guitargirl16 - 2004-09-23

oapbg12 - 2007-01-11

I never thought this song would create some much interest on so many worshipers.

strumrhythm - 2007-01-16

to Suicidesadness: thank you for your tab of "Who Am I". It saved me a bunch of work. One correction or suggestion may be helpful....each time you use the chord F#/A try F#/A#. I think you will find this is the right bass note for the chord. Again, thanks for the great tab. Strumrhythm
