Well, this song has been posted a number of times, and Iív noticed that
the intro has been messed up every single time and there are parts where
it is variations of power chords and not actual power chords, which sound
a lot closer to the song. Not to mention that, but this tab that I am
submitting has rhythms in it and everything, so it will be very exact
when it comes to that. I would appreciate this tab being put up on the
website for many peoples sakes.

I just need to take a moment to say, that I know this intro
is almost 100% correct, if it already isn't. The only thing
that might not be is the rhythm of the lead part, but thatís it.
I know for a fact that he does pick an octave down during the
lead part. As for the rest of the song, I am almost 100% sure about
the fretting. The acoustic part could be different because I donít know
what voicing he uses.

The Intro - (most complex part of the song)

This Part is played by Bass, throughout the entire intro

And from what I can hear,
thereís no guitar until right
after the first Chorus, during the lead part,
which is exactly the same as the intro, so,
just reference to that part, right after the
solo bass part.

For the last part thereís an acoustic guitar that Im not sure
about. Iíll just put the chords that I think they play.

Dmaj, Amaj, Bm, Gmaj, Amaj

Thatís the basic jist of it.

everything looks great, except for two things, the little bass thing that they mention earlier in the corrections, and the chords in the "jesus loves the outcast..." part are actually: Dmaj Amaj Bm Amaj Gmaj. Close, but not exactly it.

spootman - 2005-07-31

jsoccer - 2005-09-11

the same

Faceless - 2006-05-21

The first bass part correction is right. On the intro, when the first guitar comes in, I'm pretty sure he plays:

e--10--10--10--10--10p9--9--9--9--9--9h12--12--12--12--12--12p11--11-11-12-11-9

Then the guitar part shown in the tabs starts, playing the same notes as the bass, just an octave up. I'm not sure about the rhythm on that part.

bigntalboy13 - 2006-06-11

lol

joshtherocker - 2006-07-26

if you want to play the bass part of the intro on guitar then it is this

e- -----------------------------------
b-------------------------------------
g-------------------------------------
d---4--4--4--4--5--5--5--5--2--2--2--2
a-22-22-22-22-22-22-22-22-22-22-22-22-
