I forgot this solo part in the middle of the song when I tabbed it out, here it is.

Beginning Bridge Solo:

e[---------------6-6---]
B[--6-6-6--8-8-8-------] 3 Times
G[---------------------]
D[---------------------]
A[---------------------]
E[---------------------]

Then

e[--6-6-6--------------]
B[--------8-8-8-6------]
G[---------------------]
D[---------------------]
A[---------------------]
E[---------------------]

This makes my tab complete. Sorry for the inconvience.

Scott W. Harris

great tab!

bakitus - 2004-08-05

this is awsm nice job!:)

Krarwoodwatcher - 2004-09-10

yo, awesome tab. Only thing is, i think they downtuned the first four strings. I've been trying to tab this myself, and that's what i've noticed so far. Maybe i mixed the bass w/ the guitar. Otherwise, totally cool.

Gavind - 2004-09-15

Fairly accurate tab. Also, Relient K does not tune down their strings. I actually saw them play this in concert last night, and they did not swap guitars after Pressing On straight into this.

jsoccer - 2004-10-16

they dont end in
e-- e---
b11 b8--
g10 g10-
d8- I think they end in,d8--
a-- a---
e-- e---

jsoccer - 2004-10-16

whoa, something went wrong, i submit it and eveything got crammed together

mmggppmgp - 2004-12-29

G180 - 2005-02-21

Cool tab!Correct me if I'm wrong, but shouldn't the chords in the 2nd intro only be played 6 times each.Anyways, awesome tab.

guitarhockeyman - 2005-02-24

I agree with GuyOnAGuitar7 about adding an extra finger. Most of their songs are played like that. Nice tab dude! =) It sounds awesome. I've been trying to figure out the itro (not trying too hard mind you) for a little while now. Thanks man! =) c'mon "smooth"steve! That wasn't too....well....smooth

guitarhockeyman - 2005-02-24

Jeremymcon - 2005-04-21

This is one of my favorite songs by Reliend K!

Jeremymcon - 2005-04-21

sry Relient K

zildrummer6 - 2005-06-01

awsome

AcousticServant - 2005-06-05

doesn't the intro end in xx81011x instead of xx81010x ?

Davester14@JEG - 2005-06-06

Dude that was awsome. the first tab ive ever under stood and could play

morgan_33 - 2005-07-28

I think it is funny how people correct your tab saying like...actually it is THIS way, and it is THAT way, not THIS way. Even though I'm sure they mean well, I think they shouldn't say that someone is right-out wrong because these are personal tablitures...there is not very many ways of knowing exactly how Relient K plays their songs. I find that it is easier to find out how to play songs when I listen to the live versions of their songs because the album versions are doctored up so much...Anyway, peace.

RelientKFan7 - 2005-08-22

And where do u get the live versions?

yrgirlsXboyFrnd - 2005-08-23

I think itz a great tab but I like to strum the power chords all the way troo insted of just struming 2 or 3 strings, O yea but of cores mut the top string on the first and last chord.

Rockthatcross - 2005-11-09

heres a tab to the way relient k plays it...

TFKmaniac92 - 2005-12-30

I looked at some of the official tab music and all the songs on the Anatomy of the Tongue in cheek are are tuned down a 1/2 step.

musicman1174 - 2006-02-14

where did u get that official tab music from? i'm pretty sure that this song is not tuned down.

jayemm87 - 2006-03-11

Relient K didn't drop-tune a half step down until they put out MMHMM.

RelientA-OK - 2006-03-18

Okay I have a pointless little question to ask, anyone mind? Good. Does anybody else find it, like, unbareably awesome whenthe dude goes "Oh,oh,oh" afer "Sadie Hawkins dance/and my khaki pants/nothins better"? And who is it that does all the high parts of Anatomy anyway? Peace Out!

sk8tergeorge15 - 2006-04-18

Matthew Arnold Thiessen does the high parts.

Twigguitar_1992 - 2006-04-22

who is steve?

RelientA-OK - 2006-04-26

Thanks Sk8ergeorge15 (sorry if I got the name wrong) but, like, seriously I can't even hit those notes easily...and I'm falsetto (that's in between alto and 2nd soprano). But anyway... um, steve who?

RelientA-OK - 2006-04-26

Do you mean Steve Agrioso? I don't know if that last name is correct, but he writes Christian rock songs, and he was at my last youth conference: White Oak 2006.

+SEAL+ - 2006-06-06

Steve Angrisano, you mean? Funny...I never thought of him as a rock musician.
I love that tab-I've been stumbling through the whole thing. One comment: I think that the ending is something totally different. It's two clean acoustic-sounding chords, not one, over "do you like my sweater?" Maybe something like xx8-10x11 xx8-10-11x? I'm not really sure; I'll have to go re-check the tab.
But a really good tab. I think you could probably tune it down a half-step and play it a lot easier.

darkturd - 2006-08-24

thanks to my friend (TYLER) i play it in drop d now! it sounds the same but you don't have to sretch your fingers the whole time!! ROCK ON!!!

Sk8terrob - 2006-11-20

great tab, the only thing i noticed (it just makes it sound cooler) is that when they go into the bridge, its actually two guitars but you can play it on one.

e----------66---------66---------66666--------|
b--666-888-66-666-888-66-666-888-66666-888-6--|
g--777-888----777-888----777-888-------888-7--|

its easy to play if you start with your first finger on the 6th fret on the b string and your second finger on the 7th of the g string, slide your second finger up to 8 and use your third finger for the 8th fret on the b string then just bar the 6s on the e and b string with your first finger.
(hope thats not too confusing)

~Sk8terrob

+SEAL+ - 2006-11-23

Another thing I noticed...kinda odd...but it sounds like the intro progression ends by going through the following three notes like before.
B-11
G-10
D-1

And of course that is not humanely possible...so maybe it works like this:
B-11
G-10
D---
A---
E-11

I dunno...

guitarplayrdude - 2007-02-18

awsome man love it

carrik_caser - 2007-05-04

Totally Awesome!!!! I LOVE this song!

puppetman360 - 2008-07-07
