This is my by-ear transcription of the song "Chimes".
Ok, Project 86 always uses dropped D tuning, which is just 
regular tuning with the low E string tuned to D.
Randy uses a wah pedal in this song, but I think that 
the verse sounds nice when played using a wah and tremolo effect.
