Is a "Trading My Sorrows" the English for "J'abandonne mes tristesses" ?

I'm french and a friend lent me a CD named "Passion Live" whome the realisator is Thierry Noël (CIJEM).

I love the track number 6 and all I know is that the artist is Darell EVANS.
