Sounds correct, if you listen closely to the acoustic guitar in the song these cords seem right. Of course the song is much more complex lol XD

The verse chords are correct, but the chorus goes like this:-

Notice that the final time the B is a major chord, not a minor.

to play the Bm, just hit the bass note, strum, and lift your first finger up a bit as you do a little upstroke on the high 'e' string. Very simple. And the improved chorus that TheRa7en provided is correct. The bridge is something with the intro chords (I'm not sure exactly how it goes) and ending with G, moving into the chorus again.
