This song has three guitars, and I’ll add the third guitar later. Right
now I’m just doing guitars one and two. Guitar One is a standard-tuned
electric. Gutar Two is an acoustic in EABEBe tuning. (please tune down
for that..) 

Ok. First, Guitar One goes through its riff once. On the second time,
Guitar two comes in strumming each chord once. On the third time, Dan
starts singing, and Guitar two does a more rhythm-guitarish thing. Then,
they pretty much do that through the whole song. Have fun.

The only thing I see that isn't here is at the end of Four Seven, when Dan starts singing "Whoa, yeah, whoa", etc. It sounds to me like the chord progression changes from C#m E F#m A2 to D E A B over and over again.

But otherwise, the first part sounds right.

Yes I do believe upon closer inspection of the song that something like that does occur. In that case, the chord shape for D in EABEBe format would be 050505 or 050500, depending on the case.

Along with that, the chord shape for B would be a combination of 020200 and 020202 in that same tuning.
