The Chords to the "I will not be silent" part should read:

*the easy way to play D/F# is to use your thumb on the low E and form the regular D chord.

This is the way I play the intro. I don't usually worry about note for note copying of the artist's version. Not because I think I'm better, I'm not. I just play the way I play and this is easier for me. It's just another way to it. Let me know what you think. Speaking of easier ways to do things, after sliding up from 5 to 7 with the index finger just lay it across all strings as the foundation for everything else.

Well, how about that. The D's for downstroke and U's for upstrokes came out like one long stuttering word. I tried.
