Title: There's Something About That Name
Album/Author: Sonicflood
Copryright: Gotee Records
There are two guitars in this song. The second guitar is in standard
tuning with a cold chorus. There is not much of guitar two in this song.
In the chorus he picks out the chords. Now the first guitar, which is an
acoustic, is in open F chord tuning. I'm not real certain of this but if
you listen to the pitch and the sustaining notes, you will probably agree.
I figured out three ways to play the acoustic guitar. (1) Play it in standard
tuning with a capo on the first fret. Chords not relative to capo. (2) Play
it in open F chord tuning. Low to high, FCFACF. (3) Play it in open E chord
tuning and slap a capo on the first fret. Low to high, EBEG#BE. Now I would
would do number three because it sounds very much like the song and by
using the open E tuning you only have to tune three strings, which is less
strenuous on your strings then tuning to open F. I'll tab the acoustic in
open F chord tuning. Enjoy -Kent-
