I know the second guitar is always harmonizing with what
the first one, Eric’s, is doing, but this is just my shot at
getting the basics of the tune down. Creative magic ought to
be used at one’s own risk.
Intro and verse—once verse starts just let mute the lower notes a bit and
let the high ones ring as much as before.

-12-----------------| in its barest form.

Loud verse begins fourth time play this instead
Again, there’s much else going on here, but I’m convinced that the stuff I
have down is correct or nearly so, and yet there’s obviously some chords
being strummed along in the bassier regions (those notes that fill in the
intro section don’t sound half bad here, actually).
Bridge:

back and forth with this a few times. Listen to the record.
And back to:

fourth time end with this,
going straight into:

Email me with questions or comments: I’d love to get this pristine, but it
just ain’t happening right here, with all the background noise, etc. I’m
believing that that just makes it more fun live—you get to have a whammy
with your own improv. Peace of God.
