artist: The David Crowder Band
song: No one like you
Album:Illuminate
hey guys i know there are alot of tabs already here. i changed the key of it
and added the correct way to do the solo. it should be correct because i played
it with my youth group band. if you have any questions e-mail me at
christ4real@insightbb.com.
intro tab
e-------------------------
b--3-3-3-3-3-3-1-1-0-1-0-1 x4
g------------0-0-0-0-0-0-0
verse- these are power chords
G E D C ( first time u do it twice then kick back into the intro without
the buzzin G string. then you do it 3 times. the rythm is really easy to figure
out.)
chourus- again these are power chords
G D E C (do these directly after the C in the verse.)
bridge- this is just C and D power chords.
thats.it have fun! its no fun without distortion and loudness.

hey this is perfect....crowder told me the way they play their intro after his concert that i went to and this is exactly right...but power chords are not necessary...the band just plays open chords
yeah i changed the key on the chords and its a half step higher than
the cd. also i forgot to add, the second time on the intro, the rest of the band
(bass and 2nd guitar) play the g chord until the intro is ove.

Yay! This is an awesome song. But does anyone know the riff they play int he background during the verses...it sounds almost like a Blink-182 song but so much better!!! God bless!
Not to sound mean, but I do know Crowder personally and I am 100000% positive that this is how he plays it... well Jason plays this. These are the chords and you can figure out the timing yourself, play the first chord longer than the rest.
guys... stop bashin the poor kid about the power chords... you can play it either way... it all depends on what sounds best for your band and your equiptment...
It all just depends on what you like. If you like to play with a lot of distortion, then it's best to use power chords, but if you like clean, then use open chords. It all depends on your taste. I'd say turn your distortion up and use power chords, but that's just my opinion. Just do whatever sounds right to you.
The timing on this isn't correct cuz i ain't got my guitar with me right now and i'm doin it from memory, but if u play it the way it's tabbed, it sounds really messy with distortion, but this way sounds a lot better.
i don't know bout you guys but i the intro like this
e]---------------------------
b]-2222----------------------
g]------4-3-4-33h4-----------
d]-----4---------------------
