This is my first tab ever, i played with the CD for awhhile and i think
 i've got it almost 100%, you just need to listen to the song and figure out
the strum pattern and chord changes.

On every other strum during the intro i lift my pointer finger 
on the b string and let it ring out, that really makes it sound better, if you dont
it just sounds stupid.

Intro- C,C,C,C, G


Verses 1,2: (Plucking if you want) 
C  G  Am 
G F G  F (X2)

Bridge: Am G (x4)

Chorus:

I hope this helps, i have played it like this in my church and other places 
and i just think these chords sound better than the ones that you have on here
now.  This is also in a different key than what he sings it in.

but the rest of the song is pretty close to being accurate.

hey man.... (i play piano, but most of the charts still work for me.) i like this version. i had figgered the C,G,Am,G,F part, but i was stuck after that... i like how you transposed it. thankya

In the intro when you lift your finger every other strum it kind of sounds like the piano part, if you just strum C it just sounds redundant
