It would be sweet if you wrote out what the chords look like because I haven't really seen any of those before...otherwise, what I got out of it was pretty good...

Em = Em7 = 022033
Am = 002210
C = 032010
D = D2 = xx0230

I think the Am9 in the chorus is just Am, cause Am9 doesn't sound right. And I think the C9 in the second part of the chorus is actually a sraight C. And don't worry about playing the Am/B, unless you really want to, it sounds like a bass line run. You can just keep it on Am. (Am/B = 022210) Hope this is helpful.

generally goes: A E D E A E D E F# and then back into the G C9 of the chorus
