This is my tab. Having played the song with a full band now, I've decided that several of the C#m's should really be E's. I'm speaking here of the chord at the middle and the end of the chorus that is listed as C#m but should be E
I don't think he is being harsh on himself at all. Harmony (especially in such an acoustic style) is sometimes quite difficult to discern, specifically when the bass part take on so much rhythmic/quasi-melodic importance. It is not a shameful thing to think that you have heard a c# when you have only heard an E. Only one note difference between an E and a c#7 anyway. It's a good chart nonetheless, especially when you capo at IV (or II if you want, in order to get the B2 sound).
