Great job! You must be a music major. This looks like what most people pay for! Blessings! Chris

mmggppmgp - 2004-08-27

This is gr8... same thing as my YOUTH CHURCH's

mmggppmgp - 2004-08-27

oh yah... Verse is Palm Muted... All out on Chorus,Pre chorus n post chorus, but on the break down...

snedman - 2004-09-01

I just wanted to add my thanks for a really nice chart. Everythng seems to be here. I may use a capo and change keys only b/c where the song is placed in the set so as not distract with tunings and extra set up. This well done chart makes my own adaptations easier to make.

Bendude - 2004-09-18

yeah this is great, one wensday night i had to take our band leaders place and the cord were not so good well atleast 1 of them. but this looks good and how do u play a bmin

madasatabber - 2004-09-26

Awsome job with the song, man. This will be awsome in youth group, God Bless

Carl

madasatabber - 2004-09-26

oh yeah a bmin is x024432 . Bar the 2nd fret and play the E chord shape on strings D G B . ROCK ON

Carl

Rescue - 2004-09-28

Dude that is awsome!
It's wicked close to my group plays!
It's called Rescue and we'll be playing at the Franklin Graham Festival
Anywayz
The way we play it is
G--D--Em--C
Try it
Sounds good

jcsorocks - 2004-10-02

Suuuweet. I love it when people actually include the lyrics... Thx much.

garthfan1021 - 2004-10-28

Does anyone have a capoed version of this or one that sounds really accurate without re-tuning? I can't sit an re-tune while everyone waits. Please send to garthfan1021@yahoo.com thanks a lot!

$L!CK - 2004-11-19

Great Tab. Just Like the song!

I am here - 2004-11-30

How do you play C#sus2

bgpalwaysme - 2004-12-03

Hey guys u did an awesome job on the song. I tried it this way but with the worship band for a conference we played it this way and it sounds good especially with a piano nstuff
Verse-,f,c,f,c,g,f x2
Bridge and Chorus- c,g,am,f,c,g,am,f
Try it, the chorus may need a little rearanging but it sounds good.

21Frets - 2004-12-03

Hey jcsorocks, its illegal to include the words, so thats why
most people don't put them in. It's stupid but oh-well.

stevee2000 - 2004-12-06

at our youth group we don't tune down but we play it like this

A - E - F#m7 - D

that is with standard tuning
enjoy

matt j t - 2004-12-14

You scare me with your accuracy Gary(garyhale@spu.edu)!!!!

You rock!!!!

nickknick - 2005-01-21

If you play all the chords as bar-chords and drop every note a fret, then you can play this in standard tuning. For instance play D 446664 instead of 557775 or xx0232.

nickknick - 2005-01-21

a c#sus2 is i think 446644

litaichi - 2005-01-31

Hmmm, I'm confused. I thought it's against some copyright law to have both the lyrics and the chords/tabs. I just wish every song have both parellel to each other. But still, it's a great song!

gfg41 - 2005-02-17

Gr8 song thnxs 4 the lyrics to
T

gsus_freak7 - 2005-03-16

good job that must have taken an hour! thanx 4 your time. how long did it take for them to put your song up?

Tender Warrior - 2005-03-27

First of all, Gary, you did an amazing job on those chords/tabs. I wish everyone paid as much attention to detail!

Thanks to all those who posted alternatives or corrections.

And it's absolute crap that you can't post lyrics with the chords/tabs.

musicmatt112590 - 2005-04-18

Can't u make a tab where u don't hafta tune down 1/2 step?!? On almost all of your tabs u have to. Why do u do that?

comandercool - 2005-04-28

the finger picking on this song is just finger picking the power chords on
d a b g and Matt redman's version is the normal D A Bm G

jprx - 2005-05-28

WILL SOMEONE PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY HE WAS ALLOWED TO INCLUDE THE LYRICS!!!!!
I thought that you were not supposed to do that!!!!!

newzhang123 - 2005-05-31

what does it mean to tune it 1/2 step?? plz can anyone tell me ..

tp101 - 2005-06-16

tuning down 1/2 step means to tune the e string (low e) to e flat and then tune the rest of your strings to that key.

beatrum - 2005-06-20

Or in other words tune your strings to Eb Ab Db Gb Bb Eb

Nath - 2005-06-30

Good question, I wanna know how the words are up and its ok too!

Decency - 2005-07-02

This is the only song I've ever seen on here with lyrics. WOW! Must've been a mistake on a mod's part, but it's still sweet.

I think my bro and I play Matt Redman's version. If not, the chords are Capo 3 G, D, Em, C. But yeah, really weird. Awesome job. I was just listening to this wersion. I heard it and it was accurate with the tab. Nice job.

ScottyG - 2005-07-12

Well..I'm new to this website, and just wanted to comment on some stuff. I think it's legal to post the lyrics because the artist has the lyrics officially posted on their site. Tree63.com Although...i thought the no-lyrics rule was only a France thing...maybe I'm wrong. Anyway, I'm tabbing this song out in Guitar Pro 4, and I'll submit a ASCII version of it in a bit. This one's mostly correct, but there's quite a few minor errors in the tab, and I'm tryin to get it just right...but anyway...good job, Gary. Stars for you. ;-)

Daniel Jesse - 2005-08-02

sweet

aznremx04 - 2005-08-13

Hey! It's a great tab and I think the chords are all right. However, I think that instead of tuning down you should put a capo on the first fret. You can use the same chords and it sounds pretty good! Great Job!
