This song is done with a drop D tuning to get the full bottom end. Simply drop the 6th E string to D. For the D# (Eb) play 4,5,6 strings on first fret. Slide up to 3rd fret for F and 5 fret for G.

Yeah, the Drop D sounds great. On the intro, dont play the Eb, play this instead for the first chord:

To make it sound a lot like the song play power chords on all. And just use F5 instead of Eb. But good none-the-less

Nice job on this chording. I Agree that the song does sound good with mostly power chords, but sounds good either way. Keep Jammin.

this is really good job on tab. using the powerchords is awesome, but sometimes adding in a regular G for the fills sounds really cool and mixes it up a bit

I personally play the Jeremy Camp version of theis song in the key of B, it's easy to sing and sounds almost just like the cd.
GuitarOfGold - 2005-03-22
There is no Bb in this song. It's Eb.

How do you play power chords, it seems like theyre all on the last 3 strings and it doesn't sound right when I play it. Is there a trick?
Bassmasta2k8 - 2006-01-26
You play power chords by putting your pointer finger on, for instance, F on the E string. The, you'd put your ring finger 2 frets over, and down 1 string to the A string, and you'd put your pinky finger on the same fret as your ring finger, just down 1 more string. So, it would look like this to play an F power chord
E-------
B-------
G-------
D-3-----
A-3-----
E-1-----

Thanks, I'm all set with the power chords now. Also, if anyone knows the tab for "Breathe" on the Restored CD, please submit it, that song is sweet. Thanks again. God bless

Great tab! No chance you could e-mail me (th3.reitouki@gmail.com) with the lyrics under the chords? ^^
