Well, MWS probably transposes it for his vocals and to make it a tad easier to play on the keyboard/piano. I found that it sounds the best (on guitar) in the key of D (D2 actually).

When the music plays, all is stripped away.
And I simply come.
Em7 D Asus Em7
I'll bring you more than a song, cause a song in itself
is not what you have required.
I'm coming back to the heart of worship.
Em D G Asus
And it's all about you, it's all about you, Jesus.
And so on...
i play it like this:

Can someone please put the whole song (lyrics and chords) because the words keep me on track

I just submitted a full version with the words in the key of D. It really sounds good that way, especially with the open strings.

There are many sites that show how to play various chords on the guitar. There are also numerous places you can get this song chorded out. I doubt you could find it tabbed out though. Maybe you can.
The best place I go for chords is http://www.guitarseek.com/chords.php3. Another is http://chordfind.com/ and http://www.all-guitar-chords.com/. There are many, just perform a search. How you play on the guitar is totally up to you. If learning best approach is to stay with the base power chords using mainly the first two frets. Good luck.
ChristianGuitar also has a place where you can research chords.
