I didnt get these chords from Juan Devevo, but I played the ones u put up there, and these sound much, much better. no offense :).

capo 2nd fret, G(rock) is a G chord without the 1st finger on the 5th string, the 2nd finger should knock out the 5th string.
In the intro strum up the first time, then pluck the base note every time u start a new sequence.

This tab is actually correct, it just needs to be capo 2 instead of capo 1.
