The only trick to this song is the C/B chord.  Just play a regular C chord,
keep your index finger in place on the first fret of the B string, lift up
your ring finger and put your middle finger on the A string on the second
fret, making sure to block the D string.  As always, when I post tabs, I
make no promises that the words and chords line up the way they should on
the recording.  Fortunately, this is a slow enough song that you can figure
it out.

Capo the first fret to be in the same key as the cd. They also change keys in the middle of the song (from G#(Ab) to D#(Eb)).

Good tab....as far as a capo on the first fret....I don't hear it. It sounds perfect when I play along with the cd with no capo.
