The best rated tab on here didn't have the bridge with the accoustic
which I have added. I checked out several different tabs of this and
I didn't see anyone who tabbed this song quite this way and this sounds
right so here you go.

intro:
guitar 1
E/-x-x-x-------------------x-x-x------x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x------------------------/
B/-x-x-x---------------7b--x-x-x------x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x------------------------/
G/-x-x-x---------------0---x-x-x------x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x------------------------/
D/-9-9-9-------------------2-2-2------5-5-5-5-x-7-7-7------------------------/
A/-9-9-9-------------------2-2-2------5-5-5-5-x-7-7-7------------------------/
D/-9-9-9-------------------2-2-2------5-5-5-5-x-7-7-7------------------------/

guitar 2
E/--------------x-x-x-----------------x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x------------------------/
B/--------------x-x-x-----------------x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x------------------------/
G/----------0---x-x-x--------------0--x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x------------------------/
D/----------4b--7-7-7--------------4b-5-5-5-5-x-7-7-7------------------------/
A/--------------7-7-7-----------------5-5-5-5-x-7-7-7------------------------/
D/--------------7-7-7-----------------5-5-5-5-x-7-7-7------------------------/
THE INTRO IS PLAYED THREE TIMES BEFORE THE CHORUS. THERE'S A LOOP HE PLAYS
AFTER THE SECOND TIME THROUGH THAT GOES LIKE THIS JUST LISTEN TO THE CD
YOU'LL HEAR IT

E/-----x-x-x-x-x-x--x-x-x/
B/-----x-x-x-x-x-x--x-x-x/
G/-----x-x-x-x-x-x--x-x-x/
D/-----0-2-0-0-0-2--7-7-7/
A/-----0-2-0-0-0-2--7-7-7/
D/-----0-2p0-0-0-2s-7-7-7/

ON THE THIRD TIME THIS IS THE LITTLE LEAD THINGY AND THE CHORDS BEHIND IT

E/-----------------------/ E/-x-x-x----x-x-x----x-x-x----x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-/
B/-----------------------/ B/-x-x-x----x-x-x----x-x-x----x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-/
G/-----------------------/ G/-x-x-x-0--x-x-x----x-x-x----x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-/
D/--4h5p4-2-0-2s4-0------/ D/-9-9-9-4b-7-7-7-4b-2-2-2-4b-4-4-4-4-4-4-4-4-5-/
A/-----------------4-0-2b/ A/-9-9-9----7-7-7----2-2-2----4-4-4-4-4-4-4-4-5-/
D/-----------------------/ D/-9-9-9----7-7-7----2-2-2----4-4-4-4-4-4-4-4-5-/
LET THE 5 CHORD RING. THAT'S WHERE THE VERSE WORDS START
When I saw Switchfoot do it live they have three guitars but I'm pretty
sure the third guitar just uses a different effect and plays the first
guitar's riff with it's bend on his turn in the intro then all three
guitars come in play the same chord progression only each play their own
bend making a cool sounding blend!
 VERSE 1
AFTER THE FIRST LYRIC LINE THE MUSIC IN BETWEEN GOES LIKE THIS
E/-x-x--x-x--x-x--x-x--x-x--x-x--x-x-x--x-x--x-x--x-x--x-x--x-x--x-x--x-x-x-x/
B/-x-x--x-x--x-x--x-x--x-x--x-x--x-x-x--x-x--x-x--x-x--x-x--x-x--x-x--x-x-x-x/
G/-x-x--x-x--x-x--x-x--x-x--x-x--x-x-x--x-x--x-x--x-x--x-x--x-x--x-x--x-x-x-x/
D/-4-0--0-0--2-0--0-0--4-0--0-0--4-5-4--4-0--0-0--2-0--0-0--4-0--0-0--4-5-7-5/
A/-4-0--0-0--2-0--0-0--4-0--0-0--4-5-4--4-0--0-0--2-0--0-0--4-0--0-0--4-5-7-5/
D/-4p0--0-0--2p0--0-0--4p0--0-0--4h5-4--4p0--0-0--2p0--0-0--4p0--0-0--4h5-7-5/
THIS IS PLAYED BETWEEN THE VERSE LYRICS. THE FIRST TIME YOU LET THE FIVE
CHORD RING THE SECOND TIME IT FEEDS RIGHT INTO THE CHORUS
chorus:
E/--x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x----x-x-x-x-x-x-x-
B/--x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x----x-x-x-x-x-x-x-
G/--x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x----x-x-x-x-x-x-x-
D/--5-5-5-5-x-x-x-7-7-7-7-7-x-x-x-x-9-9-9-9-x-x-x-2-2-2-2-4b-5-5-5-5-x-x-x-
A/--5-5-5-5-x-x-x-7-7-7-7-7-x-x-x-x-9-9-9-9-x-x-x-2-2-2-2----5-5-5-5-x-x-x-
D/--5-5-5-5-x-x-x-7-7-7-7-7-x-x-x-x-9-9-9-9-x-x-x-2-2-2-2----5-5-5-5-x-x-x-

E---x-x-x-x----x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-/ this guitar riff is played
B---x-x-x-x----x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-/ twice for the chorus. After
G---x-x-x-x----x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-/ that it goes to the verse
D---2-2-2-2-4b-5-5-5-5-x-x-x-2-2-2-2-2-x-x-x-x-/ chord progression.After the
A---2-2-2-2----5-5-5-5-x-x-x-2-2-2-2-2-x-x-x-x-/ 2nd verse is of course the
D---2-2-2-2----5-5-5-5-x-x-x-2-2-2-2-2-x-x-x-x-/ chorus. At the end of the
 chorus play this once
E/--x-x-x-x-/ E/--x-x-x-x-x-x-xthen play the intro
B/--x-x-x-x-/ then go directly into B/--x-x-x-x-x-x-xinterlude with the
G/--x-x-x-x-/ the intro interlude once G/--x-x-x-x-x-x-xlead line from the
D/--0-2-4-0-/ and right after that play D/--0-2-0-0-0-2-0begining part.
A/--0-2-4-0-/ this A/--0-2-0-0-0-2-0
D/--0h2-4p0-/ D/--0-2p0-0-0-2p0
next comes the bridge. For the first two lines of the bridge play the first
two chrds back and forth and when the lyrics change you change the second
chord to what I have below and finish out with those last three chords
holding D which is the last one for the remainder of the bridge. The bends
that they do are below FINISH THE BRIDGE WITH THIS CHORD
E/--0-/ E/--0-/ E/--0-/ E/--0 E/--3-/ E/--3-/ E/--0-/
B/--3-/ B/--3-/ B/--3-/ B/--3 B/--3-/ B/--3-/ B/--3-/
G/--2-/ G/--0-/ G/--2-/ G/--0 G/--0-/ G/--0-/ G/--2-/
D/--0-/ D/--0-/ D/--0-/ D/--0 D/--0-/ D/--0-/ D/--0-/

A/--0-/ A/--2-/ A/--0-/ A/--2 A/--3-/ A/--2-/ A/--0-/
D/--0-/ D/--0-/ D/--0-/ D/--2 D/--0-/ D/--0-/ D/--0-/

E/------------------------------------/ back and forth just these two bends
B/--3b3b3b3b3b3b-------7b7b7b7b7b7b---/
G/------------------------------------/
finish out with the intro only do it once and stop on the first strum of
the 2 chord

That's all folks.

this tab is kinda off, man.
it's pretty good if you haven't looked at anyone else's tabs and just did this on your own, but it needs alot of work. but, you're awesome for taking the time to do it.
