In the solo, on the D string, you have 11th fret, it should be 13th.

i'm pretty sure that puckett is right with these chords, but i have always heard this chorus of this song in the key of G#, at least that is how i have always heard it at their concerts.
so you could go either the way puckett does his chords in capo 1
-or-
you could play the way nodnerb does only with an Fm instead of an F

i do think that it is an Fm instead of just an F
