the numbers represent the fret that you're finger goes on ... and the 'm' means to mute that string ... sooooo the fret number for goes with the string like this:
If I'm understanding your "needed" chords correctly then you've actually posted an Eno3 chord as open E then 5th fret then 7th fret then 7th fret, which is actually a "d" chord with an E base note. Maybe try 079900 for the "e" chord and alternate that with a 079800 pattern to get the intro to the song. If that was what you were going for.
