Notes:
(1) This transcription will sound about 80% the same as the original
    transcription from which I started.  I simply had trouble
    reading the original which didn’t include measures, so I added
    measures.
(2) I then saw some flaws in the transcription and made a few
    corrections, then ended up re-transcribing for several reasons.
    (a) The song varies too much from verse-to-verse to tab with
        repeats.  So I tabbed it linearly.
    (b) I changed the tuning from double drop-D to DADGAD to solve
        some problems, primarily the ending riff which could not be
        played in double drop-D.  This actually simplified the 
        fingerings overall and as you can see probably 80% of the 
        notes are now open strings.
(3) Many of the pull-offs are just a natural side effect of playing
    this piece, but I decided to transcribe those that seemed 
    deliberate rather than incidental.
(4) The h2 hammer-ons on the g string are very subtle but important
    components of the sound of the piece.  They need to be played just 
    prior to the next downbeat.  Listen closely for it on the CD.
(5) The intro is very free-flowing, you’ll have to listen to the CD
    to get the timing and feeling down.
(6) I tabbed this with the help of a Boss BR-8 that allowed me to 
    cut out the vocals and play at half-speed.  I’m sure 99% of the
    notes are correct.  I had to guess at the string in some cases,
    but slides clarified that in most cases.
