if you want the intro to sound sweet u need 2 guitars.

i like the song. its cool. switchfoot is cool. i like the song "dare you to move". it is cool.i have my own band. its called "the funky monkeys". we have 0 cd's out. infact, i was just kidding about that. i dont really have a band. but i'd like to have a band. i'm looking for a bass player. i want to learn bass. that would be cool. there is this band named five iron frenzy and they rock. they have really cool bass parts in there songs. espessially the song, "suckerpunch'. if you havn't heard them you should chek them out. get there cd called ,our newest album ever! thats what the name of the cd is. well , i here my mom calling me down for supper, so i'd better get going.

Okay, I have a slightly different take on the pre-chorus
("Don't say so long, and throw...")

This resolves the chorus E a lot better (sorry to throw music theory into this).
