Intro [no bass]

Verse one:
  Lavishly our lives are wasted
  Humbleness is left untasted
You can't live your life to please yourself, yeah
That's a tip from my mistakes Exactly what it does't take
G-----------------------------------0---0----0-------0-----0--
D-------------------------------------------------------------
A--2--2-----2--------2---2------------------------------------
E-------------------------------------------------------------

To win you've got to come in last place
G-------------------------------------------------------------
D-----0-----0-----0---0---------------------------------------
A-----------------------------------2----0--------------------
E-------------------------------------------------------------

Pre-chorus (bass doesn't play on the first prechorus):
To live your life you've got to lose it
G-------------------------------------------------------------
D-----0---------------------2---------------------------------
A-------------------------------------------------------------
E-------------------------------------------------------------

And all the losers get a crown
G------0------------------------------------------------------
D---------------------0---------------------------------------
A-----------------------------------/5------------------------
E-------------------------------------------------------------

Chorus:
I get down, and he lifts me up I get down, and he lifts me up
G-------------------------------------------------------------
D--------0-0-----------------------------2-2------------------
A-------------------------------------------------------------
E-------------------------------------------------------------

I get down, and he lifts me up I get down
G--------0-0--------------------------------------------------
D-----------------------------------------0-------------------
A----------------------------------------------------/5-------
E-------------------------------------------------------------

Second verse has the same pattern as first, then play the
pre-chorus twice, then chorus, then pre-chorus twice, then
chorus repeats several times, with a few quiet times without
bass, then it gets loud again and bass comes back in.
This should be fairly accurate. Enjoy. :)
