Just a word of advice. Usually chord fingerings are written with Low E (top string) on the left and high e (bottom string) on the right in lower case. So, for example, the E chord should be written like this:

EADGBe not like EBGDAE
E-022100 E-001220

If you do it the second way you will confuse people ecspecially if they are beginners. So that's all I have to say because other than that it's very acurate. Keep on pluckin (<- No pun intended!).
