Now for the cool part after the first chorus.  I like to do a
little improvising here.  
This is as close as i can come to what is on the album.

Then during the trumpet solo just play through the bridge, but play
this little fill at the end to lead into when Jamie starts singing again.

Play chorus until the end.  Hold out that F at the very end and
end it on a C.

You can pretty much figure out the basic rythms for the verse and
chorus by listening to the CD.
